This is one of four limited editions in this collection of invaders from outer space. It is a tribute to all those cult and Sci-Fi movies that marked me so much in my childhood and adolescence. In the original paintings, I used water-based acrylic. In the background, I used a bit of airbrushing to create a fancy atmosphere and a smooth transition to make the effect look more realistic, like an 80s horror movie. I’ve always Liked those scenes were the tension is building and that something incredibly bad was going to happen to the protagonists of the film, that is what I am trying to represent in this type of work.
